Cancellation Policy

At Miller's Luxury Cleaning, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel your cleaning appointment. We have a 48-hour refund policy, which means you have 48 hours prior to your booked cleaning appointment to request a cancellation and refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your appointment must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the date of your scheduled appointment. Refunds will not apply to appointments that are rescheduled.

To start a refund process, please email us at millersluxurycleaning@gmail.com with your cancellation request. Please note that refunds will be sent to the original method of payment once the transaction is approved.

Exceptions/Non-Refundable Products and Services

Certain types of items or services cannot be refunded, such as gift cards. Please contact us at millersluxurycleaning@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item or service, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received your cancellation request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
